While some operators do provide a duplicate check within the file being uploaded at that time, there is NO duplicate check for the overall data that is being uploaded.
So, for example, if you upload, 99000000XX as a number in file A and then upload have the same number, that is 99000000XX, in file B as well, it will get uploaded two times.
