2 Factor authentication is an additional step that can be enabled for your account, to ensure additional security when it comes to logging in and accessing your accounts.

Enabling this feature will cause an SMS to be triggered to the registered mobile number, which will need to be entered, apart from the password, at the time of login.

To enable this feature, follow the below steps:

  1. Log into your Alerts/Promo/Global Account.
  2. From the top right corner, click on the setting icon to expand the menu. Find "Security" as shown and click on it.  
  3. On the page that loads, find the security tab as highlighted below and click on it. You will find the option to Enable Two Factor Authentication with a toggle button. Toggle the switch to “On” Graphical user interface, text, application, email

  4. This will trigger a message to the registered mobile number as well as email ID as shown below. Enter the code and click on verify to complete the Two Factor Authentication enabling process. Graphical user interface, text, application, email

Once this is done, whenever you log in, it will prompt you to enter the OTP that has been generated to your registered mobile number.
