Due to the additional step of validating the TemplateID and EntityID for each message that is triggered, there will be a slight delay, regardless of if you are pushing the messages via API with the TemplateID and Entity ID or appending it through the DLT AI feature on the Kaleyra platform.

This is because, when this data hits the DLT platform, the validation will occur at that level and this will take a few additional seconds.
