The error "Invalid Token" usually appears when you try to log in to the Kaleyra Application page that has been open and in an ideal browser for a long time.


This occurs because there is a Google "Not a Robot" validation as well, which gets expired.


To fix this, simply follow the below steps:

  1. Close the browser you are trying to log into Kaleyra's Application from.
  2. Load a new Incognito web browser and try to log in from this page
  3. In case this does not help, clear your web browser's cache and cookies. If you are using Google Chome, all you would need to do is select “Menu” > “Settings” > “Privacy and Security” > “Clear browsing data“.

This should solve this error for you, and you should be good to go.
