Since the implementation of DLT by operators across India, the mapping of Entity ID to your usernames has become mandatory by Kaleyra as well.

Once you receive the EntityID from the Operator (it usually takes 24-48 hours), you can go ahead with this ID to add it in the Kaleyra portal as well.
On the Kaleyra platform, you can easily do this by following the below steps:
- Log into the MIS Application and sign in with your credentials.
- Once you log in, find Manage Sender Tab on the Menu Ribbon on top and Select SenderIDs in the drop down as shown.
3. When the page loads, find “+New” on the right-hand corner of the page and click on it. 
4. In the pop-up menu that appears, enter the SenderID that you want to create, along with the Entity ID that It belongs to as well and click on Save.
5.The SenderIDs will be approved by the Kaleyra Team. Once approved, you will be able to see the SenderIDs with the mapped EntityID Details as below. 
Bulk requests for Entity ID mapping (more than 50) can be requested for by dropping an email to support@kaleyra.com
