The process for changing your registered email ID or phone number from any of your accounts, be it Alerts, Promo, Voice or OBD application is quite simple and effortless.
By logging into your “My Accounts” page, you can go ahead and change the registered Email and Phone number by following the steps mentioned below:
- Log into any of your accounts and click on the Settings Icon. For this example, we have used, Alerts panel. This Icon is the same for all other panels as well.
- Click on My Account in the drop-down Menu
- This would open a new page and re-direct to My Accounts (you may be asked to log in, please do so if required). The page would be as below:
- On the account you want to change details, click on the hamburger stack menu on the right-hand side to collapse the menu and select “Edit Details”
- This will open a menu as below. Click on “Change” next to the details you want to Modify.
- In the pop-up box, enter the new details to which you want the details to be modified to and click on “Update”.
- An OTP will be generated to the email/number that you are attempting to update. Enter the same and click on Verify.
