A sender ID is a unique identity. that helps your customers identify your brand. It’s under the name of the sender ID that your messages will be delivered to the customer.
To create a new Sender ID, follow these steps below:
Click on the Manage Items left menu and then select the Manage Sender ID. Click on New icon at the top right end to create a new sender ID.
Fill up the unique Sender ID of your choice and give a suitable Description and Save the selection.
Once the Sender ID is approved from our end, we’ll send a notification email to your registered email ID.
Note: Businesses need to select the document that is verified, post that only Sender ID can be created
